1. The system could be a complete package including a horizontal  frame-tubes type heater, combination expansion deaerator thermal buffer tank to allow for expansion of thermal fluid during heat up to operating temperature and to prevent oxidation of the thermal fluid during operation, even when tank is vented to atmosphere; for operating temperatures up to

350°C complete with instrumentation and controls as specified in Point 2. Flanged inlet and

outlet shall be located at top of the unit.

2. The heater shall be of a horizontal, with travelling grate and frame-tubes design and the pressure vessel coil construction shall be carbon steel 20/GB3087 which equal to (ASME SA-106B), with a design pressure of 0.8Mpa(8Bar) standard at 350°C.

3. The heater tubes-frames are all insulated using a ceramic fiber blanket insulation and firebricks, and the whole body is packed with formed steel sheet so as well painted. The heater tubes-frames whole body is welded construction with an integrated travelling grate.

4. There are acesses doors for inner chamber inspection and observation port for viewing the grate flame and the travelling rate.

5. The travelling grates(burner) are manufactured by our long-term coperation parters who is expertise in the grates field. It is forced draft and an integral part of the heater, but designed for easy removal and maintenance. Burner control method is travelling rate regulations controlling modulation. Burner control is completely automatic, including speed regulations, fluid flow monitoring, and heater cycling.

6.Tank Size of  Expansion/Deaerator Thermal Buffer are differ form different models of the heater. And they could be all combinded.

7.The thermal fluid circulating pump shall be air cooled with mechanical seal design for 300°C maximum operating temperature. Water cooled pumps will be supplied upon request or for operating temperatures above 300°C. The brand of the pumps normally come from China, for some custerms, the pumps manufactured in other conturys are also recommended.
